I am a data scientist and mathematician with previous training in electrical engineering who specializes in shape-based feature extraction.
In spring of 2019 I completed a Ph.D. in mathematics at Duke under the advisement of Ezra Miller. I am now a postdoc at Georgia Tech with mentors Peter Bubenik and Hang Lu as part of the NSF-Simons Southeast Center for Mathematics and Biology.
I am seeking a data science position that is either remote or located in the Raleigh-Durham, NC or Boston, MA areas. Ideally, that job would be at a company with lots of complicated quantitative and qualitative data, cross-functional/interdisciplinary teams, and strong mentoring networks.
